These terms apply when you use this website and when you order a package or a custom project from Premium Website Shop. By placing an order you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, ask us at info@premiumwebsiteshop.com before you order.

Our services

We design and build websites and online stores, and create logos, illustration, branding, animation and SEO work. What each package includes is listed on our Pricing page. Anything not listed there, or in a written scope we send you, is not included and can be quoted separately.

Quotes and orders

An order is confirmed once you accept our written scope or package and pay the first invoice. Prices are in US dollars. Unless a package says otherwise, they do not include third-party costs such as domain names, hosting, paid plugins, premium fonts or extra stock images.

Payments

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, half of the price is due up front to book your slot and the rest when the work is ready to go live or to be handed over. We send invoices with card and bank transfer details. If you upgrade during a project, you pay the difference and we agree a new delivery date before the extra work starts.

Timelines

Delivery times start once we have your first payment and the content we need. They depend on receiving content, feedback and approvals on time; if these arrive late, the delivery date moves by the same amount.

Your content and approvals

You are responsible for the text, images, logos and other material you give us, and you confirm that you have the right to use them. Please check everything before you approve it: changes to approved work are treated as new work.

Revisions

Each package includes the revisions it lists. “Unlimited revisions” covers changes to the agreed concepts within the original scope; new requirements, extra pages or a new direction are quoted separately.

Ownership

Once you have paid in full, you own the final designs and the website we build for you, and your domain, hosting and other accounts stay in your name. Third-party software, fonts, plugins and stock images remain under their own licences. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Refunds and the money-back guarantee

You can cancel for a full refund before we start work. Where a package includes a money-back guarantee, you can ask for a refund if you are not happy with the initial concepts and the included revisions do not put it right, as long as you ask before approving a design and before final files are delivered.

Refunds do not apply once a design has been approved, final files have been delivered or a site has gone live, or when a project is cancelled for reasons unrelated to our work. Third-party costs and completed stages of custom work are not refundable.

Support after launch

Small fixes are covered during the support period that comes with your package. After that, we can make changes on request or as part of a monthly care plan.

Third-party platforms

Websites run on platforms and services we do not control, such as your CMS, hosting provider, payment gateway and plugins. We are not responsible for their outages, price changes or changes to how they work, and we cannot guarantee particular search engine rankings or traffic from SEO work.

Liability

We work with care, but as far as the law allows, our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data.

Using this website

The content of this website, including its text, images and design, belongs to Premium Website Shop or is used with permission. Please do not copy it for commercial use without our written consent.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here when you place an order applies to that order.
